Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern Your use of the Playtime platform (the “Website”) and the services it offers. By opening an account or using any Services, You acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. Playtime reserves the right to modify these Terms in accordance with this document and applicable law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Definitions

One account per person is permitted. The existence of any Duplicate Account may lead to forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, voiding of deposits, and reallocation of balances. Playtime may close Duplicate Accounts at its sole discretion and recover any losses or fees as permitted by law.
Prohibited jurisdictions may be enforced; accounts opened from certain locations may be suspended or closed, and deposits or bets may be blocked in accordance with applicable laws and Playtime policy.
Account Management and Security
Playtime will manage funds securely and separate client funds from Playtime’s own funds in a client account with an approved Financial Institution. An Account does not accrue interest and is not a bank account. You must keep your login credentials secret and promptly notify Playtime of any suspected security breach. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your Account, including any transactions and wagering.
Playtime may, at its discretion, decline to open or close an account, request identity verification documents, suspend the account for investigations, or transfer and/or license account rights to affiliated entities, subject to applicable data protection laws.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Playtime may forfeit or confiscate funds, or refuse to honour a claim, if the Rules are violated or if any unauthorised activity occurs in connection with an event or an Account, including the use of automated systems or software that defeat the Website’s standard play. Playtime shall implement measures to detect and prevent cheating and the use of AI software or bots that distort gameplay.
Payments: Deposits and Withdrawals
To participate in the Services, You must deposit funds into Your Account. Funds must come from legitimate, verifiable sources and You must not use third-party funds, unless specifically authorised. You may be required to provide information and documents to verify payments and ownership of the funds. Playtime may block, reverse, or refund deposits or withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with Playtime’s payment policies and applicable law. You may be subject to limits on deposits and/or withdrawals, verification steps, and potential fees. In the event of a suspicious or fraudulent payment, Playtime reserves the right to block the account and recover any winnings. You acknowledge that Playtime may use your positive account balance to satisfy any amounts due to Playtime under these Terms.
During a withdrawal, You must have completed all verification procedures and all payments must be verified and not cancelled. The withdrawal will be paid to the payment method used for the deposit, subject to verification and compliance checks.
Bonuses, Promotions and Bonus Rules
Promotional offers and bonuses issued by Playtime are subject to their own rules, terms and conditions as published in the Promotions section. Bonus awards, wagering requirements and any maximum bet limits apply as described for each offer. Maximum bet limits during an active casino bonus may apply, typically capping bets on spins to a defined threshold (e.g., five currency units per spin) or a percentage of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Violations of bonus rules may lead to bonus removal and voiding of related winnings.
Responsible Gaming, Time-Out and Self-Exclusion
Playtime promotes responsible gaming. You may set self-imposed limits or exclusions via the Account Settings. Time-Out provides a temporary exclusion from all Services for a defined period; Self-Exclusion provides a longer cessation. During any Time-Out or Self-Exclusion period, deposits, withdrawals and gameplay are disabled and accounts may be automatically reactivated at the end of the period unless extended in the Self-Exclusion process.
Playtime may, at its sole discretion, close an account if it believes continued play would cause significant financial or personal difficulties. KYC, AML and Identity Verification
You consent to Playtime conducting periodic identity and source-of-funds checks to comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations. If verification cannot be completed or if information is falsified, Playtime may suspend or terminate the Account and refund funds as permitted by applicable law. If age cannot be verified, the Account may be suspended and funds returned as required by law.
Account Security and Communications
You must maintain the security of Your Account and immediately report any suspected compromise. You are responsible for all activity originating from Your Account. Playtime may communicate with You via electronic means regarding account activity, updates, and notices.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
Playtime provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playtime disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Playtime does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction designated by Playtime as the governing law for the Services. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to seek resolution through the competent courts or via applicable arbitration mechanisms as required by law.
Privacy and Data Protection
Playtime collects and processes personal data in connection with the provision of the Services and as described in Playtime’s Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection, storage, and processing of Your data for the purposes of providing the Services, compliance with legal obligations, and security. Playtime may transfer data to affiliated entities and service providers as necessary to administer Your Account, subject to applicable data protection laws.
Termination and Suspension
Playtime may suspend or terminate Your Account for any reason, including breach of these Terms, non-payment, regulatory concerns, or suspected illegal activity. Upon termination, You may have a defined period to withdraw remaining funds in accordance with the withdrawal rules, and any bonuses or rewards may be forfeited in line with these Terms.
Notifications and Communications
Any notices or communications concerning these Terms shall be provided by Playtime through the Website or other approved means. It is Your responsibility to ensure contact details are up to date and to review communications regularly.
Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms, together with any applicable Promotions Rules and the Website’s policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between You and Playtime regarding the Services. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Miscellaneous
Playtime reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. The failure of Playtime to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain meaning and the intent of the parties.
